In February last year, one of our favourite spots opened, Phamily Kitchen on Smith St. Owned by Michael Pham, this brightly coloured (and often instagrammed!) restaurant serves fresh and intensely flavoursome modern Vietnamese fare, inspired by recipes from Michael’s childhood years.
