Michelle Schoeps of Love & Bones Broth is back today with another delectable family meal. This one is dedicated to her partner Max!
Like many busy parents, Max and Michelle’s own dinners are often thrown together from leftovers after the kids have been fed. In this case, Michelle shares an inspired dish of fresh, zesty pork tacos using leftover slow cooked pork, shredded lettuce from Frankie’s dinner, avocado and soaked rice from Wilco’s dinner. These tacos are so fresh and tasty… with no tomato and no cheese they’re unlike any we’ve tried before but DAMN they are so good!
A new month means a new TASTY TUESDAY, and we’re starting off the year with ME, again. YEP I just can’t help myself, in keeping with what has now become an annual tradition, this month I’ll be sharing four of my own salad recipes with you. What can I say… I really love a good salad! (Or the sound of my own voice, you decide!?)
We’re kicking things off with a new, and slightly unexpected discovery I have been munching on lately. The breakfast salad!
